每一套教材本人都尽量添加清晰封面，但是，有些封面清晰度很差，有些则找不到封面，还请谅解。

2. 关于清晰读

大部分教材清晰度极佳，属于矢量印刷版，这类PDF印刷非常清晰。
少部分教材是影印版，自学打印可以接受，但不太适合印刷销售。
极少数清晰度较差，但能识别其内容，购买前请提前联系客服咨询相关问题。
还有极少数是手机拍照版本，虽然清晰，但可能出现页面歪斜。
购买后不接受清晰度为理由的退款。

3. 关于排版

大部分教材都是正常的竖版，和我们平时看的书一样，一页一页排版的。
少数教材是两页两页排版的。
还有极少数教材是横着排版的，不影响阅读。如果你会使用PDF编辑工具，可自行编辑，不提供排版服务。
购买后不接受以排版问题为理由的退款。

4. 关于完整性

所有教材都收集于互联网，每一本教材都经过亲自审核，不完整的教材都被淘汰掉了。
但人工审阅难免疏漏，如果发现漏页问题，请联系客户，会为您妥善处理。
销售的内容是商品标题所写的内容，而定价是收集整理的劳动价格。

5. 关于书中的软件

软件均为各大出版社开发，所有软件均已经过安装运行测试，都是可以正常使用的。
由于广大用户电脑硬件不同/操作系统不同，可能会出现兼容性问题，导致无法运行或运行错误的情况。
请换台电脑测试，或者换个操作系统即可解决。
本人概不负责，也不负责软件的安装调试等问题。
也不接受软件问题相关的退款。

6. 关于水印

绝大部分PDF无水印，少数带水印，购买前请咨询客服。
购买后不接受有水印为理由的退款。

1. About the cover

I try to add a clear cover to each set of textbooks. However, some covers have poor clarity, and some cannot find the cover. Please understand.

Respect each other, do not accept refunds without cover, and do not provide one-to-one cover search services.

2. About clear reading

Most textbooks have excellent clarity and are vector printed versions. This type of PDF printing is very clear.

A small number of textbooks are photocopied versions, which are acceptable for self-study printing, but not suitable for printing and sales.

A very small number of textbooks have poor clarity, but their content can be recognized. Please contact customer service in advance before purchasing to inquire about related issues.
There are also very few mobile phone camera versions, which are clear, but the pages may be skewed.
Refunds based on clarity are not accepted after purchase.

3. About layout

Most textbooks are normal vertical layouts, just like the books we usually read, page by page.
A few textbooks are two-page layouts.
There are also very few textbooks that are horizontally layouts, which does not affect reading. If you can use PDF editing tools, you can edit them yourself, and no layout services are provided.
Refunds based on layout issues are not accepted after purchase.

4. About completeness

All textbooks are collected from the Internet, and each textbook has been personally reviewed, and incomplete textbooks have been eliminated.
However, manual review is inevitably missed. If you find a missing page problem, please contact the customer and we will handle it properly for you.
The content sold is the content written in the product title, and the price is the labor price of collection and sorting.

5. About the software in the book

The software is developed by major publishing houses, and all software has been installed and tested, and can be used normally.
Due to the different computer hardware/operating systems of the majority of users, compatibility issues may occur, resulting in failure to run or running errors.
Please change a computer for testing, or change the operating system to solve the problem.
I am not responsible for any problems such as software installation and debugging.

6. About watermarks

Most PDFs have no watermarks, and a few have watermarks. Please consult customer service before purchasing.
